- ⚠️ Illegal activities such as having unauthorized guests, friends or visitors, Parties, events, or gatherings, Drugs, Hookah, Loud Music or Noise, Photoshoot, Drone Photography would be reported to the local authorities.
- ⚠️ Additional Cleaning/Damage Fee would be levied for any Mess requiring Deep cleaning, Damage to anything in the property or Missing items equivalent to actual repair/replacement/cleaning costs.. Loss of Key will attract a lock replacement charge, as required for security.
- ⚠️ Violation & Failure to comply with any of the House Rules would lead to Immediate Termination of the stay, Forfeiture of remaining booking amount, as per Airbnb policies and a minimum penalty of ₹10,000 or actual damages (whichever is higher) may be charged for serious violations.
